Dear Oxnard Wave Family,

It is with deep regret that we inform you that one of our U19 Wave players, Noel Camacho, past away in an automobile accident. We ask that you keep Noel and his family in your thoughts and prayers. We are appealing to the members of our club to come together at this time to support this family and re-affirm that a tragedy for one of us is a tragedy for all of us.

Neol lead his team to an undefeated season as captain of the defense. Motivating his team as the last man. We will miss you dear friend.

Congratulations!!!!
U17G and U18B took 1st place in the Oxnard Pal League this past weekend 8/17/09. U17G went into double overtime with the game tied 1-1, finally PK’s-Waves 2, Extreme 1. U18 boys beat Club San Miguel 2-0.

Congratulations to BU-10 and GU-14, Both teams captured the Championship at the Ventura County Fusion Tournament this past weekend 8/15 - 8/16.
